We currently ship to street addresses (all shipping methods), P.O. boxes within the 50 United States (standard shipping only), and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (standard shipping only). Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling. Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time. We do not ship internationally or to the U.S. territories unless special arrangements are made.  We reserve the right to select the appropriate Carrier to ship each individual order.  Normal methods are UPS, USPS and Fedex.  However, other shippiers will be used to meet particular situations. To better serve our customer, we have made arrangemnets with some manufacturers and suppliers for them to ship certain products direct to our customer.  When multiple items are ordered, the in-stock items will be shipped immediately and the remaining items will be backordered unless we are notified otherwise.  The shipping cost calculations added to your order at the time the order is placed may not be accurate.  The reason for this may be (but is not limited to) oversized items, extra long items, crating requirements, requirement for freight shipments and special handling requirements, split shipments due to partial shipments, split shipments due to portions of orders being shipped direct from different suppliers.  These conditions may result in shipping and handling costs greater than those originally paid.  The customer will normally be notified of the correct shipping and handling costs at the time additional costs are charged to their account..  

3-day, 2-day or overnight order processing

• Orders received before 5 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday will normally be processed the same day or the next day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Central Time will normally be processed the next day. Orders received after 5 p.m. Central Time Friday, Saturday, or on Sunday will be processed on Monday.
• Our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if you place an order after 5 p.m. Central Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.

Weekend delivery
Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day packages are normally delivered Monday through Friday only.  Arrangements can be made for Saturday delivery.

Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days. The shipping cost calculator for Alaska and Hawaii may not be accurate.  The customer will be notified of any correction to the shipping cost calculations.
